Mushrooms stuffed in the oven

These mushrooms are very good in the oven. especially when you see the cheese spread out. a wonder!
That's a man!
I love you!

Well, if I saw that you have a weakness for mushrooms. :)) Sidy, most men wouldn't agree with you, I'm more of a NO! :))))

ciupeeeerci !! my favorites, there are a few left and I was even thinking about what else to prepare, because I made potatoes with mushrooms and tomato sauce in the oven .. just good tomorrow, they are made quickly !! thanks : d /

With pleasure, Anja! I also really like mushrooms, especially since there are so many simple recipes in which we can use them.

And if we fast, they successfully replace meat, because they contain iron and protein in an amount approximately equal to that of meat .. happy that there are mushrooms! :))

Yes, I think I could fast if I had mushrooms at the table :)

Hello. I would like to try this recipe, it looks delicious. My question is, what do I do if I have an electric oven? thanks:)

Hello! And my oven is also electric, so I don't see where the problem would be. Do you have a very different one, or am I now too tired to understand the question? :)

the question was at what temperature should the mushrooms be cooked? did you write in the recipe like over medium heat - would that mean 180 degrees? for 20-25 minutes? I ask because they are "beginners" in the electric oven. thanks a lot!

Yes, you can keep the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Because it's easier for me, I always set the oven to 175 degrees when I write in recipes & quot; medium fire & quot.

It looks perfect!
I also have 2 questions:
1. Can I add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the composition with which I fill the mushrooms?
2. What's that red thing on top of ready-made mushrooms?
Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can also mix some sour cream in the composition of the stuffed mushrooms, but you have to do it after it cools down. The red thing you're asking about is I think it's a slice of cheese. In fact, that browned cheese looks rather orange, the pieces of peppers that remained uncovered seem red to me :)

Thank you for your answer!

With pleasure, I get to work!

I also made stuffed mushrooms today for the first time, they are super delicious and my friend emptied my plate.

Congratulations on your success! :) I am convinced that you will be able to tempt your friend with other recipes on the blog.

The mushrooms are in the oven! Thanks for the recipe!

With pleasure. and have a craving!

The recipe will be interesting and its application in practice depends on everyone's skill. But one thing bothers me: taking over and using foreign words incorrectly. Your bacon is put there like a nut in the wall. It's like saying, "The end came unexpectedly." Does that sound right to you? Wasn't it easier to call bacon bacon or ribs or something but in the language of your fellow citizens ?! I have been living outside Romania for 21 years, I have to speak three languages, but that doesn't stop me from using the Romanian language as much as I can. Thanks for recipe. I will try it! And to end on a happy note, I will also use, incorrectly, but ironically, a formula: & quot; God bless you! & Quot! Let's hear it!

It could have been simpler, so we certainly avoided the discussions next to the topic that followed and that we just deleted. The topic is "baked stuffed mushrooms", and from now on I will delete any comments that cannot be considered useful by those interested in the recipe.
BarbatLaCratita.ro is a blog of culinary recipes that has just adopted the same French motto that Junimea has adopted)

There is no equivalent in Romanian for bacon, in no case is it cost even less bacon. The term is clear, I think anyone would understand. Some simply like to be smart

I'm sorry that I have to intervene here with a comment but I can't resist not making some small clarifications and I apologize strictly.

This & quotanonim & quot, who would like to follow in the footsteps of George Pruteanu and who, apparently, has to speak three languages, should consult the DEX and thus find that & quotbacon & quot is still part of the vocabulary of the modern Romanian language and that is a neologism from the English language. Speaking of speaking the Romanian language correctly, of which the anonymous person makes such a case: It is said & quotsunt Base & quot;

God, how frustrated some people are :)))))))))))) After reading & quotnontatisfaction & quot, the following scenario came to my mind: & quotanonym & quot above, order a bacon omelet in the morning. and wakes up with an omelet with SLANINA :)))))))). & quotGodul & quot to keep him safe when something like this happens ..Yaxxx

Method of preparation

Washed and wiped pumpkins are cut at the ends, then cut into two equal pieces. Clean the core, using a teaspoon without piercing the other end of the half. For tomatoes, cut a lid on top, clean the core well.

Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces, cut the pepper into cubes and then fry them together in a drop of oil. When the vegetables soften, add the cooked meat until all the juice is reduced. Add a tablespoon of dehydrated vegetables, season with salt and pepper and remove the pan from the heat, then add the finely chopped greens (dill and parsley).

Fill each half of the zucchini and each tomato, place in a higher tray, then on top of the composition of each, break a quail egg, this binding the meat composition.

Finely chop the tomato core, pour into the pan, fill with water, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of oil, then bake for 30 minutes. They can be served simply or with sour cream!

Tomatoes stuffed with lentils in the oven

The other day we were talking on Instagram about the fact that I am always in a time crisis, and the timely preparation of the ingredients helps me enormously. I talked about some of my time-saving methods, yesterday being the turn of lentils and legumes. I said that I prefer to wash them well and boil them (with or without prior hydration) in a larger quantity and then keep them portioned, so that I have them at hand when I have to cook something fast. So, having more red lentils ready to cook, it didn't take long until I had these tomatoes stuffed with lentils in the oven on the table, which would become our lunch for the next day.

The conclusion of that discussion was that, on my Instagram account, I will start a regular column of #foodpreps, in which I will talk about these little tricks of preparing the ingredients in advance, depending on the needs of my family for the current week. So, if you want to follow this column, I invite you to actively follow me on Instagram, to always be up to date with my posts!

I scheduled to post this recipe, Tomatoes stuffed with lentils in the oven, only in the coming days, but your requests made me hurry up a bit with editing photos and text, so you can have it on the blog as soon as possible.

We are talking about a vegan recipe, very simple and easy to prepare and with few and very well known ingredients!

150 g smoked bacon
8 tomatoes
4 slices of bread
1 teaspoon oregano kotanyi
CHEESE
100 g butter
1 tablespoon of MAGGI The Secret of Intensavor Vegetable Taste
1 onion
green salad for ornament
ground pepper

The first time we cut the lids of the tomatoes and leave them in a cold bowl, with the help of a teaspoon, remove the core of the tomatoes and place them next to the lids.
We take a yena bowl and grease it with butter.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it, add the diced onion, the same diced bread and let it brown. When it starts to change color to be browned, add half of the tomato core, at the end season with MAGGI The Secret of Intensive Flavor Vegetables, oregano and pepper, to taste.
From the obtained composition, fill the tomatoes, sprinkle the grated cheese and put the lids.
Season the core of the tomatoes with oregano, and put them in the yena bowl, then place the stuffed tomatoes and put them in the well-heated oven, leave them for about 20 minutes, until they start to brown.
When they are ready, take them out of the oven and place them on the plate, garnish with salad and we can serve!

4 large tomatoes,
100 g of Telemea cheese or as desired,
2 eggs,
200 g butter or margarine,
400 ml of milk,
20 g flour,
1 connection marar,
salt pepper,

Prepare the sauce first: the flour dissolves in a little cold water, the milk boils and when it boils add the dissolved flour. Leave on the fire and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the core carefully without breaking the parts and let it drain.

In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of sauce, kneaded cheese with butter, egg yolks, egg whites, finely chopped dill, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.

Fill the tomatoes with this composition (fill up, as the composition shrinks in the oven) and place in a pan greased with butter or margarine and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and finely chopped dill to the remaining sauce. Tomatoes are served simply, but also with white sauce.

Onions stuffed with minced meat and cheese & # 8211 in the oven

Onions stuffed with minced meat and cheese & # 8211 in the oven. Recipes for onions au gratin with meat, vegetable and cheese filling. How to make stuffed onions? Recipes with minced meat. Stuffed vegetable recipes.

I really like vegetables stuffed with minced meat, especially those cooked in the oven. From peppers, zucchini, mushrooms or eggplant to meatballs and tomatoes stuffed with meat. I will leave you with more recipes at the end of the article. So it's time to make onions stuffed with minced meat. Something very tasty came out!

We have made these onions stuffed with meat about 3 times so far and we really liked them. Peeled onions and stuffed with minced meat mixed with vegetables and cheese is simply delicious. The meat I chose was pork (fatter) to which I added garlic, onion (hollowed core), peppers and greens (parsley and green dill) as well as a little grated Parmesan. No egg is needed because it strengthens the filling. To get a more airy ("fluffy") minced meat, people generally put bread crumbs soaked in water or milk. I decided to put breadcrumbs with milk.

Towards the end of baking, I sprinkled the onions filled with a little grated cheese and au gratin. A delight! I ate them with a simple garnish of couscous.
