Tomato soup

I found more pink tomatoes in the market, big and beautiful, they smelled crazy and I said they are perfect for a summer soup;) They left a special aroma to the soup :)

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • a potato
  • a carrot
  • a parsnip
  • half a bell pepper
  • vermicelli
  • salt pepper
  • oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


I cleaned all the vegetables, chopped the onion finely, and cut the rest into smaller pieces and put them in oil and a little water. When they softened, I added the finely chopped tomatoes, I left them until a sauce formed, then I added about 2 liters of water. I matched the taste with salt and pepper and let it boil for 20 minutes. At the end, I added a handful of noodles and chopped parsley. I boiled it again and it was ready to serve.
